The definition of urban hell. Fumes, crowds, and dirt all pile together to make this a very heavy experience, and walking through here you will thank your lucky stars you don't live here permanently. There is no real centre, a pleasant park where you can even rent pedal boats is perhaps the only respite from hell apart from the Sheraton. Nevertheless, the parliament is architecturally interesting, as are the colonial buildings from an era that is clearly long, long gone.
Highlight: Chaotic streets full of rickshaws
