Visited: Tunis, Monastir, Sousse, Tozeur, Douz.
The Mecca for the hordes seeking sun and sea at a good price, this doesn't do it for me one bit. I didn't like it the first time when I was cheated in Tunis, and I didn't like it any more the second time, when enduring 9 full days on a package from Serbia. Still, I can see the charm of this 'Arabia light' kind of place, though my recommendation is to stay clear.
Highlight: Tozeur - far away from the crowds and authentic within the confines of the vast desert.
